An immersive experiential retail concept located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, the space transforms the simple act of buying balloons into a memorable brand experience. Inspired by the post WWII American factory boom and the optimism of 1950s manufacturing, the design reimagines the efficiency and repetition of the factory floor through a playful lens. Utilitarian pegboards, custom assembly stations, modular storage, and vibrant color create a whimsical production line where the process of making becomes part of the experience, celebrating the joy and creativity at the heart of the Luft brand.
Avenir Creative designed Topeka's first boutique lifestyle hotel, creating a locally rooted hospitality experience within a market not traditionally associated with boutique hotels. Since opening in 2019, Cyrus has established itself as one of the city's most recognized hospitality properties. Seven years after opening, it remains the #1 ranked hotel in Topeka on Tripadvisor, maintains a 4.6 guest rating, and has received Travelers' Choice recognition. The property was also named 2023 Best Hotelier of the Year by the Kansas Restaurant & Hospitality Association.
